Compliant with standards. The only Signal that leaves the workshop and reaches your site.
idréva makes its composite equipment industrially, in its factory in Rives-en-Seine: design office, cutting, machining, moulding, assembly, inspection. Signal™ locks that process: only equipment with the green “Approved” Signal leaves the workshop.

Every piece of equipment is designed and every profile calculated in-house, before anything is cut.
Panel saws, glass fabric cutting, 5-axis machining.
Gel coat and lamination, in moulds we make on site.
Dedicated assembly areas, including one just for ladders.
A dot at machine inspection, Signal™ on the way out: only green ships.
Inspection and packing are photographed at the workstation; you see them in workwith.
First, at machine inspection: every machined profile gets an 8 mm dot. Green, it carries on; red, it is set aside.
Every piece of equipment is checked part by part by our design office, to NF and ISO standards, and ACS for drinking water.
A Signal™ label or seal is applied: its colour shows the equipment’s status.
Equipment number, inspection date and the inspector’s signature: simple proof that stays with the part.
Only equipment with a green Signal leaves the workshop. On delivery, green confirms: inspected, compliant, ready to install.

Being checked by the design office. It doesn’t ship until the check is cleared.
Taken out of the quality flow. It will never ship: you won’t see it.

Applied to the equipment as it leaves the workshop: signal band, large status, and the No., date and signature fields filled in by pen.

For surfaces where a label won’t stick: base plates, profiles, bolt heads. The colour alone shows the status.
Outdoor-grade vinyl, UV resistant. One visible Signal per piece of equipment, applied after inspection by authorised staff.
The delivery arrives. On every piece of equipment, a green label or seal: “Approved”, with a number, a date and the inspector’s signature.
Equipment marked “Being checked” or “Non-compliant” stays in the workshop: that’s our quality filter, not your problem. You still check the delivery on arrival, for transport; compliance is settled before it leaves.

Signal™ guarantees that equipment leaves the workshop compliant. For caged ladders, check™ takes over on site: a label, a disc each year, periodic inspection.
